1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hustlify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hustlify is a gamified side hustle tracking platform. It provides hustle ideas, step-by-step guides, an earnings tracker, achievement system, and streak tracking. Hustlify is a productivity and motivation tool — it does not pay you money, guarantee any income, or constitute financial advice.

3. No Financial or Income Guarantee

Any earnings figures shown on the platform (estimated earnings per hustle, averages, examples) are illustrative only. Your actual results will vary based on your effort, skills, location, and market conditions. Hustlify makes no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the feedback page if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Grinder and Hustler) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice.

6. In-App Earnings & Referrals

"In-app earnings" refers to the dollar amounts you log within Hustlify from your real-world hustle activity. These figures are stored for tracking and gamification purposes only — they are not real money held by Hustlify and cannot be withdrawn.

Referral bonuses ($10 per converted referral) are added to your in-app earnings total and count toward your level. They do not represent real currency.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent earnings data
• Abuse the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.)
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Hustlify is our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustlify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Profile page or by contacting us through the Feedback form.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
