When you use Hustlify, we collect:

• Account info — your email address and display name when you sign up
• Earnings data — the dollar amounts you manually log against each hustle
• Activity data — your streak, hustle progress, achievements unlocked, and login dates
• Referral data — your referral code and the emails of people you refer
• Feedback — messages you submit through the Feedback form
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details

2. How We Use It

• To provide and improve the Service
• To calculate your level, streak, and achievements
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To credit referral bonuses
• To respond to feedback and support requests
• To detect and prevent abuse (e.g., referral fraud)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Hustlify:

• Supabase — database and authentication (stores your account, progress, and earnings data)
• Stripe — payment processing (handles all billing and subscription management)
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method via your Google account
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing) or as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons (e.g., billing records).

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We also use browser local storage to remember UI preferences (such as whether you have dismissed the welcome modal or upgrade banner). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Children's Privacy

Hustlify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
